Aim:

The Business Wales Excellence in Mentoring Awards are to celebrate the best Mentors and Mentees in Wales. Business Wales were looking to hold a high quality formal awards dinner at the Swalec Stadium in Cardiff, showing videos and graphics to celebrate the achievements.

The problem?

There was very little space for the event kit, due to the room being at full capacity for dinner.

Detail:

Cleartech Live provided a bespoke lightweight flat backdrop covering the windows lit with the latest LED low power lighting creating ambience across the set and a sophisticated atmosphere around the entire room.

Using small high quality speakers and the latest digital audio processing to reduce the footprint in the guest space and a giant 4K display screen supplemented by two smaller 4K high repeater screens assuring all could see the on-screen content.

The whole event was streamed using broadcast quality Sony full size cameras and processing.

Result:
The flat set and large displays ensured maximum use of space allowing more guests to attend the event AS WELL AS a live stream to reach more people who perhaps were unable to attend , THEREFORE,  giving Business Wales greater returns on their event investment.. The latest technologies used by Cleartech Live meant less space being used in the venue for equipment and more space for guests. Also, broadcasting the event meant more people could engage with the event at relatively low investment.
