The event featured a UK wide webcast of the presentations, an interactive audience response system for remote questions as well as those at the venue and an interview with actor Michael Sheen.
CLEARTECH Live implemented a webcasting system able to stream to any size audience on any device. This included on-screen graphics to prompt questions from the audience and screens for the presenters to see the questions as they came in.
In addition to questions during the webcast, the Future Generations Commissioner also required questions to be collated from 6 breakout workshop groups discussing different topics. The responses were all moderated and displayed on screens around the venue by topic for analysis.
