VOTING:

Voting enables your audience to engage with you and provide instant feedback live on screen. Our response technology not only creates interactive presentations but is proven to enhance effective instruction and increase retention.

Interactive voting systems work live and in real time which allows participants to provide immediate responses to questions, quizzes and surveys using individual voting keypads. The results will be accurate as the audience members can participate anonymously through their keypad.

The voting keypads are integrated into PowerPoint meaning the results are displayed instantly to everyone attending an interactive meeting / event.

Turning Point interactive voting technology allows presenters to create powerful, memorable presentations and engage participants in two-way conversations during meetings and events.

Participant feedback can be collected anonymously or tracked to provide insight on what participants truly think and feel.
Detailed results can be obtained from formal or light-hearted and fun meetings. Presenters are able to see exactly how each person answered every question and this information can be exported to Excel for analysis. Results can be displayed on a presentation screen as charts or graphs so the results are easy to view by all participants. The results are also available to save to be analysed at a later date. Interactive voting allows individual voters to remain anonymous or be identified. This could encourage participants to answer truthfully if they can remain anonymous.

DRIVE DELEGATE ENGAGEMENT:

This involves pushing content to multiple devices with complete flexibility. Event chatting can be incorporated alongside social media channels such as Twitter. You will be able to create online meetings including speaker profiles and biographies.

Interactive services don’t just have to be voting, it can include a variety of additional audience engagement tools. Speaker Q&A’s work well because audience members can ask questions directly to the speaker without having to shout it out in front of everyone. Interactive services also allow speakers and event planners to receive feedback directly from audience members. Games and contests can be played instantly at events allowing all participants to get involved as well as all audience members being able to participate in brainstorming ideas. If iPads are being used to drive delegate engagement, hosts can share slides for attendees to view during the event and to download after. iPads can also allow audience members to view the event agenda.
